A little applique, a little piecing and some simple,elegant hand embroidery is what the Winter Cheer quilt-along is all about!

Begins August 22, 2023

Winter Cheer features a 12 blade Dresden plate block with a
hand or machine embroidered center, outlined with a little wave trim.
The quilt is composed of nine 14” x 14” blocks, framed with easy sashing and borders.
Finished size: 78" x 78"

Dates:

  • Start: August 22, 2023
  • Finish: Nov 14, 2023
  • 10 Sessions over a period of 13 weeks

Fabric:

  • Winter Cheer features Cherry’s latest fabric collections, Nordic Cabin & Chalk Texture
  • Sample shown is in the red colorway, but also beautiful in navy
  • Ask your local quilt shop for the fabrics or kits will be available here for pre-order June 1st

Community:

  • Private Facebook group to share you progress, ask questions, share your creativity, and form lasting friendships with other quilters all over the world
  • Instructional videos filled with tips for each block to help you with the techniques used to make the quilt from applique, hand embroidery, piecing, finishing the quilt, and much more.
