I can’t believe Thanksgiving is this week and 2015 is almost over! It’s been a crazy and very busy year, but a wonderful one! Fall Market in Houston was just a few weeks ago and it was such fun visiting with friends and being surrounded by so many amazing people and their beautiful work.
New patterns for my new line, Sunday Ride, are on the back, left side.
This time it was really hard to go…
My sweet Emmie came home just 4 days before I had to leave for Market! She’s a miniature Schnauzer and is a whole 4.6 lbs…
Sunday Ride was inspired by bike rides with my children around our neighborhood…
I really enjoyed making these new designs for Sunday Ride and working with this fun, vibrant line.
Sunday Ride will be in stores in February, and since you stopped by today, would you like to make one of these quilts? They’re super easy and have a touch of hand embroidery to add a bit more detail. I’d like to give a pattern to 4 of my sweet visitors. To enter, leave a comment and tell me which one you like best and why. I’ll choose a winner on Thanksgiving, 11/26 at midnight. I’ll also include a charm pack sampler of Sunday Ride.
Hugs,
Thanks everyone for stopping by and entering!
The winners are: Carol, Sue Ellen, Mello, & Ashley
I like Chickasaw Lake the best because my Mom’s first cousin who was a blue ribbon quilter lived in Chickasaw Alabama.
Love it! The colors and the designs take me back to my childhood. It makes me smile . ❤️❤️❤️
Hi there! Thank you for the awesome giveaway! I was thinking of buying the Sunday Ride minis! They look wonderful!!!
You know I like them all, but since I have to pick one, I’ll pick Lakeside Ride.
Love the Sunday ride. A beautiful combination of events.
I like Sunday ride minis, I loved the clothes hanging on the line! Reminds me of my dear grandparents. The used to hang our things on their line, like towels and swimwear whenever we went over.
You know I LOVE all your designs! Simply Beautiful. I like the Sunday ride minis. They make me smile. I call them Happy Quilts.
Oh how fun and cute and pretty. Thanks for the give away. My two favorites are the Sunday Mini’s and the Chickasaw Lake.
Thanks again, Lynn
Difficult to select just one! Clothes on the line reminds me of my childhood, holding the clothes pins for my Mom who hung out the clothes almost daily for me and my 8 siblings. There is nothing better than smell of air fresh dried clothes. Thank you for the memories
I love them all but if I had to pick, I would go for the Lakeside mini quilts – a cute small version of your lovely quilts.
That fabric line is so pretty – so fresh and cheery. I LOVE the clothesline pattern and would love to make that to hang in my laundry room. The bike pattern is super cute too. You do such a nice job.
I like Dogwood Star, probably because applique makes me nervous, lol! I need to get over that. All of the patterns are wonderful, and if I won one with applique, that would give me the incentive to tackle it.
I love the Sunday ride mini’s. Thanks for sharing
These are so cute! I love the bicycle best–large or small. Very cheerful!
The Sunday Ride minis are so charming! Hard to choose between the bike with its cute cat & dog or the clothesline; either one reminds me so much of home.
What a fun and carefree line of designs and fabric. Would be great for the upcoming springtime. Will make winter not last as long with some fun stitching.
Yes, I know I’m too late for the drawing. That’s okay. I’m stitching out some of your Frosty Friends embroidery designs right now and decided to look for some inspiration on the Internet. This is my first visit to your shop/blog. Oh my, talk about inspiration. I want to make everything! I’m especially looking forward to the clothesline mini from your new Sunday Ride line.
Hi Cherry,
Yes, I found this blog just recently. I am hosting an Embroidery Club for about 200 ladies at Aurora Sewing Center in Buffalo, NY in April, 2018 and your Sunday Ride is the basis of my club. I found the download for the zippered pouch and am going to start my samples with those. Thanks for the free download!
Awesome! The bags are super easy to make… hope your ladies have a wonderful time!
