Hello, I hope you are enjoying a great week. Weather is warm, but beautiful here in Baton Rouge and everything is so green, with gorgeous blooms all around!

Speaking of blooms, have you seen one of my latest collections, Sew Bloom? I have to admit it has become one of my favorites… it’s filled with gorgeous blooms in a sewing theme! Let me show you the prints.

First, I have the Sew Bloom large floral, perfect for quilts, bags, dresses… the background is from my new Chalk Textures navy and I also have it with the fuchsia Chalk Texture background. If you want an idea of the scale, the large pink blossom measures about 5″.

The Ogee Dot tone-on-tone coordinates are available in navy, lime, fuchsia, and teal (not shown). They are so rich in color and make a great accent fabric for your project!

In a bit smaller scale it the Sew Bloom medium floral, with the large pink blossom measuring about 3.5″; it also comes in the navy and fuchsia backgrounds.

Some of the pink coordinates feature tiny roses, little flower clusters, scissors, spools, and a “stitchy” stripe, perfect for binding.

And of course, we must have aquas and teals and greens… oh so fresh and happy!

The “Maker Dictionary” print has to be my favorite in the collection! You will not find the same meaning of these words in a real dictionary, but I’m sure you’ll agree they are very fitting for a quilter/sewist and I hope will put a smile on your face! I have this print in a white and a grey background.

The white tone-on-tone features the little scissors…

… and the sewing machine comes in a grey and a teal Chalk Texture background.

I have a second and much larger stripe filled with lovely stitchy sentiments…

… and the panel is oh so fun with the huge scissors, spool of thread and sewing machine, perfect as a wall hanging or cut in sections to make minis, a bag, etc.

I designed an easy quilt using the panel and it’s perfect for everyone, from a beginner to an advanced sewist… make it for yourself or a sweet friend! You can find the complimentary pattern here.

I hope you enjoyed reading about Sew Bloom and will visit over the next few days as I’ll be showing some of the projects I’ve made with this happy collection and tell you all about several giveaways!

Hugs, Cherry
