I finally got a chance to play with my Storm at Sea variations!
Remember this EQ quilt from a previous post?
Here is a PDF of the paper piecing patterns to create this fun quilt
– instructions are not included, but you can do the math and make it any size you want 😉
Hugs,
This is a VERY cool-ish-ious quilt! The colors you've used on the illustration is a pretty combination. Nice of you to share!

Thank you for sharing this. I have been eyeing the Storm At Sea for quite sometime and picking up courage to attempt this….I have not paper piecing before and this is going to be a big challenge for me. And at the same time thinking if this could be converted into the normal patchwork method…
I can't seem to make myself paper piece. I once tried it and failed miserable. Later had someone to tell me how SIMPLE paper piecing and then decided to never talk about it again (until now. LOL). This is a beautiful quilt!
This is a beautiful quilt design. Thank you for sharing the pattern. I am going to have to get up my nerve to try paper piecing and this one just might do it!
Beautiful design! Paper piecing is difficult for me, but I look forward to seeing your progress!
What a great pattern. I love it in the teal and tangerine too! Thanks for the PDF.
Where do I find this pattern? I would love to make this! Love your colors too!
I saw a quilt from this design on Pinterest, and it is an awesome design!
WOW, this is an amazing design! Thank you so much for generously sharing the PDF!!! I love the typical Storm at Sea, but this is even more wonderful and I think the paper-piecing would make matching the seams much easier. (I'm late to the party… just found your blog via Pinterest.)
Gorgeous pattern – I think I'll tackle it this year. Thanks so much for posting!
