This charming patriotic design features a welcoming cottage adorned with an American flag, festive fireworks, blooming hollyhocks, and vintage-inspired red, white, and blue accents. Created to commemorate America’s 250th Anniversary (1776–2026), this design is a heartfelt tribute to the freedoms we enjoy and to the courageous men and women who fought to secure and protect them.

Home of the Free combines wool appliqué with simple embroidery stitches, making it an enjoyable project for stitchers of all skill levels. Whether displayed during patriotic holidays or enjoyed year-round, this timeless design celebrates home, heritage, and the enduring spirit of freedom.
